Paradise Peak Real Estate offers property management services for absentee property owners.   Paradise Peak Property Management Services provides homeowners with top quality property management services, ensuring that your property is well managed to maximize your rental income and that it remains under excellent care while it is unoccupied.

We will make it our job to worry about the little things so you don't have to!   The upkeep of your property is of paramount importance.   Our dedicated and effective management team is knowledgeable about home maintenance and construction, procurement of labor and supplies, accounting, budgeting, and current local laws, providing you with a worry free service while you're away from your home. Additionally, our home rental program works to maximize your rental income through excellent customer service and attention to detailed scheduling.
 

Our Services
Let Paradise Peak be your property management service company for the Orosi Valley. Property management packages starts at a base rate of $150 per month. The service includes the following services:

• Landscaping and grounds maintenance: With you, we will lay out your landscaping project and set up a weekly or monthly schedule with a gardener that will be dedicated to your grounds. All gardener fees will be separate depending upon the scope of your project and property.
  
• Coordinating cleaning service: For those clients utilizing www.vrbo.com or www.homeaway.com, we will set up a monthly, weekly or daily schedule for cleaning your house. Most maid cleaning services cost about $8 per day for a normal size home. They can also cook and they clean windows for that price.
  
• Payment of misc. bills and utilities: We can make payments of monthly bills such as water, electricity and phone. We can also make payments on property taxes or other bills that need to be paid.
  
• Monthly house inspections and maintenance: A thorough monthly house inspection is provided in our basic monthly fee. If renting with vrbo.com or homeaway.com, we will follow up with all renters and your gardener to fix any problems that may arise. These may include a leaky faucet, light bulb replacement, backed up drains, etc.
  
• Home Preparation prior to visit: We will prepare your house and get it ready to be occupied before your arrival. After all, it is your vacation and you should not be burdened with daily task.
